I ve worked for two companies that offer work from home options, one is called Ameridial and the other is West. When I worked for Ameridial I was placing outbound calls for charities but they do a lot of different inbound campaigns as well. West actually takes the inbound calls for the HSN (Home Shopping Network) and other shows such as that. Personally, I think that type of job would be fun.The only bad thing about working from home is trying to ensure complete silence. When I used to take calls for Ameridial my dog would bark, my home phone would ring or my Dad would come in the room not knowing I was on a call and start talking about something. Make sure you have a quiet room away from everything and everyone if you decide to do this.
