I have niche in the radio market and I need investors and workers who will literally become **OBSESSED** w/ success. No this hope my money doesn t fail, I mean I will grind my body to the bone to lead this business to success. How do I find these types of workers and people? (I am a younger looking guy, 20).

To start with you need to do the following put together a business plan of what this Radio station you are obsessed with will be doing, playing, advertising, promoting, etc. Second lay out how you will make money in this radio business with a financial plan. Third, determine the roles responsibilities that need to be filled besides yourself. Next, get funding I might be able to lead you to some possible sources but you will want to make sure you have someone with strong financial background on your team.
