New business...Have a few questions? -

I am thinking about starting a small business for Website Hosting...I am based in England, although the websites i am hosting will be for people MOSTLY in America. I am not really sure about how this works but do i need to make myself VAT Registered, do i have to become a Limited Company of anything like that, or can i just go right ahead and start hosting peoples websites for a monthly cost?
