I know a friend of mine looked into that business and in reality it depends on the area your cafe would be located and how many other existing cafes there are nearby. For example, I live in Canada and there is a Tim Horton s Coffee Shop on every corner in the town I live in. It would not make sense at all to open a cafe because there is already a well known competition to compete against.I would say you can open a cafe but you have to find something to go with it, you can t just have a cafe. Look for something that seperates you from the rest, like a beauty parlor/cafe or a pet-cafe (open to people with animals so they can enjoy a coffee and you could sell dog treats or something). You need to find something that sets you apart from all the rest of the stores around you and you need to find a very nice location.
