if anyone could tell me what a stadium operation managerial job entails that would be great. Specifically of a minor league baseball team? if anyone has any idea some help would be much appreciated!

For a minor league baseball team, a stadium operation manager wears many hats. You will probably have a hand in hiring and supervising ushers, ticket takers, maintenance people, maybe even concessions people. You will be responsible for every detail - the trash cans being empty, distributing promotional items to fans, making sure everything is clean. Lots of responsibility and lots of hours, but it can be lots of fun.
