Do I need a State EIN number if I have no employees? -

I have started a Business in WI, and I did get the Federal EIN number, but do I need that State one if I have no employees? Also do I need a Sellers permit, if I am only selling computer services and not any tangible goods? Thanks!

No. If you do not have any employees, you do not need a state EIN. If you are not collecting sales tax, then you will not need a vendor s permit.
