Apartments complexes can hire your maid services to clean apartments that are vacant and new tenants will move in. Those maid services will have to clean a lot more than a regular live in household. Cleaning services like kevin explain can be used for both, there is a border line between cleaning services and maid services. Cleaning services is more like an umbrella term to all the services you could offer.
