Job Description: Customer service in a retail store.Was hired as a cashier.Should there be other descriptions? -

This co-worker starts her job at 7 am. and leaves at 3 pm. Now,she has to fill in another task at 6 am because there is no one to fill that spot. Is she obligated to do that extra task? (even though she is getting extra pay in her check) As for me, I don t think the extra pay is worth getting to work that early.
