I am in the UK and use http://www.3freedomainnames.computereweb�� they give you 3 domains for free.They aren t in the UK though. There s no need for a hosting provider to be anywhere specific as the internet is worldwide.
I know here in the States, Yahoo offers web hosting at a reasonable rate. May want to see if they do in the UK as well.
