Which online data jobs are for real? majority are asking for money frm $35-100 before they sign you.? -

Pls give me the sites.

You can only obtain legitimate work from home positions from brick and mortar companies. You want to send your resume out to companies hiring for positions you are qualified for, but include in your resume that you have a home office and you wish to work remotely. Include how you have your home office set up and what equipment you already have in order for you to perform your job. These jobs are just going to advertised as jobs, they would not promote them as work at home because they would hear from too many unqualified people.

elly, this is the best I found:http://www.gdi-thuiswerk.wstake a look. It s very interesting

No such thing as an online job. They are all scams of one sort or another. Go out and get a real job if you want a job with wages or salary.

There aren t any, that s the honest truth, these sites are made to scam desperate people.

How to obtain a copy of a will? -

How can I get a copy of a will of my (Kentucky) deceased parents? My brother was executive over the estate and refused to let me have a copy of the will. My parents have been gone for eight years now. My brother hasn t spoke to me since before their passing. He would not even speak at the funeral and threatened to call the police if i ever came to the house. I didn t try because I was young and was afraid of him. He still has the house but I would love to get a copy of the will without him knowing just to ease my mind. I find it hard to believe my parents left me out because we were very close but I also know he had them blinded and they trusted him. I didn t get anything and would just really love to get just one picture and he always said I wouldn t even get a piece of fuzz under the bed. I don t want to get an attorney involved, I would just like to have a piece of mind.

Step 1Request a copy of the last will and testament from the courthouse. To start the process of requesting a copy of a last will and testament from public record, one needs the full legal name of the departed, along with her date of birth and location of residence. This information will be required for county courthouse forms that will need to be completed for the request. A fee may be charged to file for request of a copy. A potential heir may have a right to see a will before it becomes a matter of public record, which will happen after possibly going through probate courts.Step 2Contact the named executor or appointed administrator of the will. If the departed had created a last will and testament, the appointed executor has the responsibility of distributing the remains of an estate. It can take up to a year for the executor of a last will and testament to ensure that any claims against the estate of the departed have been paid, and before any remaining assets can be turned over to any parties named in the will. The named executor or appointed administrator will be on file with the courthouse.Step 3Check public notices and inquire if the will is in probate court and if a case number has been assigned. A court of law may need to determine if a last will and testament is valid before it is executed. Estate laws vary state-by-state, but a copy will be kept on file by the court. It is available as public record. Requesting a copy from the court may need to be done in writing, in person or by telephone and a fee may be charged. Contact the courthouse clerk to find out the procedure since the request process can vary by county.Step 4Requisition the court for a copy of the will while it is still in probate. If a will is currently in probate--or for some reason did not go to court--one can requisition the court to contest the will as a possible heir. The will being executed may not be the final will, or the departed may not have created the final will in a sound mental state. The probate process will determine that the will being executed is the legally sound copy.Step 5Communicate with relatives or friends of the departed to try and find out if the will may not have been made public record by a court. Not every last will and testament goes to probate. The probate process may depend on the property being dispersed in the will, and it varies according to state laws. To transfer titles and for most real property like as an auto or house, a last will and testament must be filed with a county court that will determine such procedures. It is up to the executor of the will to carry out the aforementioned responsibilities

When someone pays me at ebay where does the money go? -

i sell somethingand i want to know where does the money goes when they pay mei put payment by paypaldoes the money goes to my credit card or how?does the money deposits into my card?

What ever account you register with paypal to use is where your payments will go.

No, the payment goes into your paypal account and then you either transfer it into a confirmed bank account with paypal, or you request a paper check which can take up to 2 weeks. Feel free to email me with any other questions about it. I hope that helps!

The money sits there till you decide what to do with it. You can apply for a paypal debit card or set up a savings account and have it transfered to it.When you purchace something it can be deducted from that balance or to your credit card.

If you asked for payment by Paypal, then the money will go into your Paypal account. It will stay there until you tell Paypal what to do with it. (Do this by logging in to your Paypal account and click the Withdraw Funds button.)

Your buyer pays you through paypal. The money SITS in your paypal account. You can spend it.You can transfer it to your bank account (there is a withdrawal tab). You can pay $150 and ask them to send you a check.

it goes into your paypal account. U can spend it online, get a check, or have them put it into your bannk account

Whats happens on eBay when u sell an item? -

and the person you sent it to clams they didn t receive it?she paid me with bank deposit.

You get in trouble with ebay; possibly suspended

Bank deposit? Sounds like you may be in the UK?These instruments are rarely used in the US - banks will often charge the receiver a fee for them.PayPal in US allows only PayPal or other authorized electronic payment. If you shipped without delivery confirmation or insurance you are almost certainly OUT the item, and will also have to return the money.Insurance and Deliver Confirm doesn t protect the buyer - it s for the benefit of the seller. I ve sent out hundreds of cheaper items without insurance, but all had DC, which PayPal will accept as proof of delivery. If you DID in fact use DC ( or its equivalent in the UK) PayPal may deny her claim. You have to have proof that you used it. And, correspond with this buyer ONLY thru eBays Ask Seller a Question function, to properly preserve proof of correspondence. Your own email won t do it with PayPal

Check on ebay s site first. Other people I am sure have had this experience and there are questions and answers where you can get info from other buyers.I NEVER send out a parcel unless it is insured or proof of delivery is purchased. I add that into my costs.Did you check your buyers feedback. Do they have a 100%. Maybe they have done this before.

What sort of charge would a solicitor want for writing some half dozen short notification letters? -

How long is a piece of strin? It depends on what you mean by notification letters. The solicitors concerned will be legally responsible for their content, so they will make a charge to cover any research they may have to do.I would guess at an overall charge of around three to four hundred, plus VAT.

It depends on what part of the country you re in as well as the complexity of the letters. Some solicitors charge 100 an hour, others 600. Some have a standard rate for letters. I doubt that you d get anything done for less than 300 and it could be a lot more.

Well you ask one for a price in advance. They charge at least 100 an hour for their time. Ask for a quote.
