Is it legal for 15 years old to start own business in Texas, I want to start my own? -

I am deaf and 15 years, I can t find a job because in my city, there are not very much jobs that will hire deaf people, so I want to start it my own, but i know my parents will have to sign the contract because I am under 18. I want to start a business that will repair and sell PCs. So can you help me out? Thanks!

actually, it would not be your business, it would be your parents.You cannot get a bank account, but you can be a signer on the account. You cannot get a state tax ID number, your parents will have to do that.You cannot place ads in the newspaper, but your parents can.
