Where can i start my own website?possibly for free? -

ok so me and my friends want to start a website but we dont know like how or where and stuff.

check out http://www.enjin.com for a free website

The best website that I have ever used is http://www.yola.com It is 100% free, they do not place any adds on your site, they give you a free sub domain, it is so easy to use just drag and drop content that you want to use. If you have something to sell you can put as many products as you like. It is so easy and great to use. They are also very helpful if you run into any problems building your site.Hope that helps good luck.

Hi Nicole,Geoffrey here.I understand that you want to build a website. What for?If your intending to sell stuff, there are free websites and web hosting around. Before you do your yahoo search and google search, I recommend that you check out the blog below. It is important that you know the idea behind a free web site and a bought website. I hope you will find answers to your question from my blog below.Cheers,Geoffrey

Hey,Well if your just starting out, this is an awesome site: http://webstarts.com/?aff=TrentIts FREE and really easy. - It has a free website builder (which is the simplest way too build a site) - Free web Hosting - and a WEBSTARTS web address (which will be www.webstarts.com/yoursite)The website builder has a drag and drop feature. It so simple. Its like...click here to ad photo, then it will appear on your site, then drag and drop, resize etc.You can always upgrade to a pro account which is like $4/ month. Which gives you a free domain name (www.yoursite.com) and a lot more features. But there is heaps you can do with free account. Check it out.

You can get a domain name and hosted web space for free or a few dollars. Just use Google? That s the easy bit.... Having something worth selling and marketing it properly are the hard bits! (assuming you want to make money). If you just want to make a website then there are many places giving free space and advice (google again) - your own ISP may do.

You should check out Office Live Small Business websites! They re incredibly inexpensive, look great, and are very easy to build because they re template based! Check it out here: http://www.smallbusiness.officelive.comCheers!KateMSFT Office Live Outreach Team
