Can I sell jewelry on amazon? -

I saw on the amazon website saying that from june 2009 amazon are not accepting new applications for clothing and accessories. However I see on amazon there are loads of jewelry been sold. So before I fork out nearly $100 for a WebStore account will amazon actually let me sell my jewelry? Thanks
