China Import Problem? -

Long story short..they made me an outfit, the measurements i gave them were correct, iv show them on billions of pictures to show the outfit size doesnt match up with what we gave them but they re refusing to refund until they see it themself and measure it. if they did it wrong to begin with how will i no they wont just fix it when they recieve it since i have to pay the shipping?? they say how can they trust im not fixing the measurements in the pictures. paypal cant help me with the dispute because it was done over msn and email so theres no advert of what i bought. HELP!!! they owe me about ��190.

Get a mediator specialized in China Market. Take a video clip of yourself in it and send it to them. Measure it on camera and have a translator of chinese speak on the video. to confirm the measurements
