Need to sale a cemetary lot. How do I do this? -

I have finalized my divorce, now i need to put my cemetery lot up for sale, i have no clue what are my steps or how to do this. Please help.

Run an ad in Craigslist, hire a realtor, talk to a salesperson at the cemetery
