First, u need to go to pejabat daerah to register your company.you need to paid money to them.the cost will depend on what businness u want to made.Secondly,u need to go 2 fire station with a form.They will go to ur company to check the safety about fire.Then, they will get the form 2 pejabat daerah.pejabat daerah will pass the form to CCI.If ur safety is pass,CCI will give u lience.
