He had opened a coffe franchise shop but the company was closed down my husband faced a huge loss now he is been approached by many people for rent is it good for him to give it on rent or else run by his ownself or is barista a good company to lease shop cause its a foreign company and dont know whether lease licence works with them? is leave and licence agreement ok for the deal?is better to rent it out or just run the business by own?
