How can I advertise myself to get a new job in Dubai? -

I m a senior exhibition stand designer with a huge portfolio which is online already in a very popular site. I m not happy with my current company cause we are forced to work on Saturdays too. I m trying to get a new job with the same salary but sending CVs in responds to ads is not working. Is there any other ways?
