I want to give away free money every week...? -

I know that to run a lottery website you have to have a license pay money. But what about many of those other sites that have nothing to do with the lottery but they give away bonus cash prizes every month to a random member of their site. Do you need a license to do something like that yourself? I have many websites currently in development. On at least one my sites I want to have a free weekly or monthly cash prize draw. How would I go about setting that up?

The issue with a lottery website is that it s gambling. With the other websites people aren t paying for a chance to win the prize. Those sites are advertiser supported so gambling laws aren t an issue.
