.. you can change the method of payment when you get to the paypal payment page. but it still shows up as using the account , the money goes from card to paypal account to customer. you can t just go around the paypal account unless you pay for the purchase directly and not by paypal .. When you go to the paypal websight .. you have to use the account .thus log in. Sorry ..
After you qualified by application for your Pay Pal credit card - you are not obligated to use it if you don t want to. You may use pay pal as your regular broker to buy and sell as you desire, it will have no effect on your Pay Pal CC. It may come into play if you forget to update your account expirations dates (other CCs listed as primary or secondary) Then Pay Pal will use your Credit Account to facilitate purchases.
