How to expand my cleaning business and keep my costs down at the same moment? -

it is most likely spend fortune on advertising in internet space if you have the financial potencial. How about if you haven,t got ,but want to find a place on the internet where you can optimise your costs with your responces. Please can anyone help, anyone having some idea.Every day a receive lots of calls from peoplepromising if advertise in there website i will have lots of clients. But which one is most convinience and which one is just trying to take your money for nothing-empty promices and speaking big numbers.Help me to find the right path without hurting myself badly as i am not on the position to make experiments here and there, but i really want to step forward.

There are several sites that offer to list your business and notify you of bid opportunities in your area. The problem is, most of the people using those sites are looking for the cheapest price possible to get the job done. Very seldom will you come across someone from those sources that is concerned with the quality of work or your reputation for providing excellent customer service at a fair price. I run a pressure washing company and I tried two different sites like that. It wound up costing me nearly $1000 before I decided it wasn t working out. I didn t get a single job from any of the notices I purchased and bid on. You typically have to pay something for the lead. My prices are competitive to slightly high for my area. But with my references and reputation, most people are happy to hire us even though we may be just a little more expensive than someone else. In order to get the jobs you are looking for, you have to put in the effort. It sounds like that will not be a problem from your post. The problem seems to be the cost. So, my advice is to design yourself a flier. Come up with an eye catching headline. Your company name and years in business are not headlines. Try something like Dust mites got you down? Two of my most productive flier campaigns had the headlines - Your House Called, It Wants a Bath and What s Eating Your Roof? . I run a pressure washing company and those 2 campaigns were very successful for us. Get the customers attention. Keep it as short and informative as possible. People lose interestr very quickly. And make sure to have a call to action like Call TODAY for your FREE QUOTE . It is important to make sure they know their next step, otherwise they might get to it or not. You can print fliers yourself fairly reasonbly if you don t go crazy with graphics and colors. Then take the fliers and distribute tham to neighborhoods you want to work in. Be sure to check local regulations. In the next town over, we have to get a permit from the local Police department to distribute fliers door to door. Never put them in a mailbox either. That is a Federal offense and has a stiff fine if the Post Master pushes the issue. Our state requires that homeowners attach a small metal hook to their mailbox for fliers and things like that. Good Luck!!
