What are the equipments needed to start a small bakery? -

You d need a building, of course, with some nice display cases and a kitchen in the back to bake the products. A menu, some tables and chairs, and any ingredients you may use. Some to go bags, some plates, forks, and plastic forks.

call a baker in another county and ask to talk to the owner.[remove the s from the word. YOU either say piece of equipment or equipment.one is singular and the other, plural]
