Where can I find a good supplier (farmer) of Connecticut shade tobacco leaves? -

I am looking for a long term supplier or grower of tobacco leaves, specifically connecticut shade. I would prefer someone from outside the US but would consider a domestic company if the price is right. If you know anyone or could assist me in finding the right company please help.
