If you ve got a year then you might want to set up a couple of garage sales or bake sales. This is also a good time of year to sell crafts at craft fairs in your local area if she makes something to sell. It will be a lot easier for her to raise the money if she thinks about raising $84 a month instead of thinking about $1000 in a year. And, she ll have extra money at the end of the year also for other stuff. Just a thought.
