go to your local city offices and register for a business permit- its freaking expensive, but thats the next step. Since it is a home based business you will need to pay for a home occupancy permit and then a business license/ tax certificate. In my city it is 25 bucks for the home permit and then 75 for a sole proprietorship business license. Other types of businesses are more. Also prepare to get taken to the cleaners on taxes, there is a $500 minimum self employment tax, plus a good chunk of your earnings will go to taxes. Next, go to a bank and register for a business account- again, prepare to be financially raped. Good luck
