I chose to pick up the item in Long Island because I thought I would be New York next week.However, my schedule changed and I had to return to my country immediately. Unfortunately, the order status shows the item has been shipped and can not be canceled.I immediately contacted Wal-Mart for this problem. People should be ab le to come in to your stall but without feeling like they need to purchase if they come in. people won t come in if they feel like the must buy if they do come in...SO.... put the eye catching (not gaudy looking, but noticable i.e, not plain looking) items on another SHORT clothing rack in front of the other two (like an inverted letter T . these racks are not going to be long in length because you will block your entrance if they are long. This will allow people to look without feeling like they need to come in and commit . Then, line the back of your stall with the rest of your clothing racks and your merchandise hang a few up so that the pattern of shirt or whatever is looking out at the people of course.needless to say, you will wear your designer stuff and it will look hot awesome classy cool or whatever on you.when someone lifts something up, you select something similar that you believe is better/equally as good...no preasure, but make your stuff known to the potential client.

Sounds perfectly legal to me. You may also want to trade mark the term, AND register its domain name, just to completely **** him off. My son had senior pictures taken from a photographer last year. I ordered some pictures but wanted to order more when I had money and just put it off. I had talked to her and she said it wasn t a problem. That they keep the photos on file for a really long time and I can re-order whenever.I just found out that she is going out of business because she is taking a different job. I don t know why the state would pay for you to watch someone s children (no matter who they are), It s not like having a kid entitles you to free child care unless it s the head start program, and that is just free preschool. Sorry, but if someone has a kid, they need to AFFORD to have the kid and all the costs associated with having said kid including child care.The ONLY way I can see that a state would pay you to watch someone s kid is if the kid is handicapped or has special needs, then they would get ssi or whatever they call it.

They re UK based, you can speak to real people easily if you have questions and their fees are very reasonable. I work out at a gym and there is an employee there that is rude crude egotistical. He s just a bad person. He s the GOLDEN BOY of the owner there fore he s not getting the message of this employee. Several members are wanting to file a complaint, against him and the gym. The BBB does not handle these type of complaints. Looking for a way to get the message across.

The best way would be to have the members write a letter, signed by all of them, and deliver it via certified mail to the gym owner.They must be concise in their criticism of the employee, spell out what course of action they wish the gym to follow, and that they will cancel their membership if their demands aren t met.The best way to get your point across to a business owner is to threaten to take your business elsewhere.

Hmmm..is it a chain gym or a privately own gym?If it is a chain gym contact the corperate office.If not then I would talk with another employee of the gym. I am sure if there are a few of you that are unhappy that maybe the other workers there feel the same way.They can take it to the boss and explain that there are X amount of patrons that are not happy. Maybe you could list the complaints and then that employee can show him.Or just be direct with the owner/manager and have others there to back you up and explain your situation if it doesn t resolve then I would say find another gym.

Talk to the owner, ask him what golden boy s schedule is and let it be known that you will be coming in only when he s not working. The owner should ask you why and you can tell him/her that you don t want to cause problems you just don t like his conduct/attitude/etc. This should open up the lines of communication and if the problem isn t taken care of start going to another gym. Why would you want to give your money to someone that doesn t think you matter?
