If so, don t charge yourself rent - just take the deduction for a home office expense.If you are a corporation and you want to record the expense in your corporate accounts, find out what some nearby offices are leasing out for and divide that by the square footage. Well if you have posted the item why do you need to edit the handling fee on the invoice? You send the invoice before you get paid therefore before you post the item? Anyway too alter the postage you use the + and - tools on the invoice to add or subtract, so in your case use the + symbol to add the postage you want then click preview to make sure its right before you send the invoice. You cannot alter the invoice after the buyer has paid.

If it s on a sold item you CANNOT edit the handling fee. If it s an item that is currently running and there are bidders on it, you CANNOT edit any of that. If it s running and has a flat rate for shipping you cannot add an additional handling fee. If it s calculated shipping you can to to revise and click change under the handling cost and a new window will pop up to change it. Make sure there is an actual price in there including dollars AND cents, then click to save. If it s not working after that your best option may be to cancel the listing, edit the changes you want and relist. You may also be able to change browsers (Firefox / Internet Explorer) and try changing it under the different browser. Sometimes there are glitches between eBay software and different browsers.

Ebay have changed the rules on p p costs. For many items such as media (CD s, books etc.) you can t charge for p p. This makes it almost impossible to sell items that are 99p or less. If you build the p p costs into the starting price then you will incur an insertion fee. If the item doesn t sell in the first two attempts you will loose money.

You may see all material cost as being paid upfront with a couple labor payments, or on something like your project which is fairly large the work broken down into phases with the phase materials being paid prior to starting the phase and phase labor being due upon completion of the phase. Contractors will have their own terms that work well for their business and the way they work. If all the payment terms proposed work for you the choice should be based on the reputation/quality of the contractor. If you have a preference of one contractor and their payment terms don t fit with your budget you might try working something out. Good luck.

We have built several houses and have done extensive remodeling, first and foremost check out the contractor and his references. Go look at his work. Find out if he is licensed and insured. Better to pay a bit more for good work than to have someone scam you and run off with your money. I would pay no more than 25% of the material cost. If he is a reputable contractor he has accounts where he buys his materials, therefore his bills are not usually due until 30 days after the purchase. Then pay him progress billings based on the amount and quality of the work done. If something is not right do not pay him until it is made right. Have your expectations in writing. If it ends up in court, he will win, unless you have a detailed document that proves what he was suppose to do and for how much. If you are not satisfied, take pictures. This is extra work up front on your end, but it is far better than having shoddy work or someone who just leaves with your money. Any professional will work with you - doing an entire home remodel for $19,000 seems fairly low. You mention plumbing and wiring as needed, before you proceed make sure they fully explain costs for any as needed project. Wiring and plumbing can get expensive, take your time, do it in writing and try to be available daily to answer his questions and check his work.

If you pay with stock they would have voting rights to your company which would mean you would have to have regular corp board meetings at which they would have a say. Personally, I wouldnt give or sell stock to anyone whom is not in a managment position at your firm unless they are an accredited investor. I love the Avon Anew Clinical products and think the eye creme and gel are awesome and the micro exfoliant 2nd to none. Anew Clinical is pricey though (here in Aus anyway) so I wouldn t recommend letting Avon send you Opportunity Packs with a hundred dollars worth of product which will be hard to sell on the spot. Just brochures with a sample or two will bait customers. You ll be surprised how hard it is to sell even the cheap stuff right now. Me and my husband owned a flooring business together. we would install flooring into people s homes. We are going through a divorce, but the hearing isn t until december on when we decide what to do with everything. His mother went through all the business property and whited out my name on all the paperwork. I know that s not legal of her to do... but is there a name for what she did?
