If I were to start a cleaning business, and I were to have a crew cleaning a factory of some sort, how much should I ask for in the contract between the Factory and I? We all have expierence cleaning.

I was working in cleaning 2 months ago into bakery was medium size but I heard the contrat was about $10,000 monthly who my boss keep it(sub-contrator) and we were working 2 persons in the month we together we did about $1,200 because we worked on night 4 hours every day.

I would like to caution you on opening just a pizzeria, especially in such a small town. There is very little profit to be made in pizza, even though it seems otherwise.My spouse has been a food vendor for 20 years and we watch the pizzerias come and go. Most barely make it a year, thus losing money instead of making money.You could have a minimum order size from your food vendor... usually around $300... and only 1 day a week for orders... say every Tuesday you order, you receive your delivery on Wednesday, and you pay when the driver delivers. Therefore, you could not just order a few things. You have to buy cases, half cases, gallons, etc. and order at least $300 each time. Buying from grocery stores adds up rather quickly when you only need a few items and can t order from your vendor that week. You would be charged higher prices from your vendor due to less volume to start but the product would be restaurant quality. Note: some items, say Kraft cheese, would be the same cheese they sell in the stores, but it hasn t been hauled around in trucks changing hands from wholesaler to wholesaler to seller, and there are bigger packaging options; which is very convenient once you get going.Just be cautious in this venture. You would be best to sell them from your house 1 by 1 as a starter and see how it goes. You could try to commission some local grocery or convenience stores to carry your item for a small fee. I would highly recommend posting a local ad on craigslist.com to promote your babysitting business. Post your flyers anywhere that has a community board (laundry mat, grocery store, library, restaurants) Market yourself and also ask your friends if they know of anyone who needs a baby sitter. Word of mouth brings in business especially if someone speaks highly of you :)

This is BS.They want you to incorporate so they can claim they are outsourcing the work to a corporation and then just write you a check. They want all risks, burderns, taxes, etc. to be your problem. They most certainly won t be paying you enough to do this. Besides, an employee is NOT a contractor. You, in turn, would then have to track all income, all expenses and issue yourself a W-2. See IRS pub 1779 and form ss-8.

It depends on how much money you put into it. Avon is great because you only pay your membership fee which if I remember is quite small compared to other businesses. You do have to buy the books to give out but they re not a lot either. But you don t have to buy a stock of product to give out like you do with say Mary Kay or amway.One of the things I used to do was to buy the sample packages of a bunch of products...they re not a lot either (I think $1-$4 depending on what it is) and I d get a selection of perfumes and creams and lipsticks, etc. then I d have an Avon Party and invite around 5-6 people, let them look through the books and try out the products, I always sold a lot that way. This time of year you ll want to order some of the Christmas decorations for yourself, they have some really nice ones, the trick is to order them in the first campaign they appear in then when you have your party and people can see how nice they look they ll order them too. Don t order anything you don t want to have for yourself anyway, but try to do it that way when there is something you like.If I remember correctly I had to sell about $300 worth of stuff to make $100 for myself. It s something you can definitely do and if you re proactive about it (having the parties etc) you ll sell way more than that in no time. It s like any other business though, it takes time to build it up and if you just drop of order books you won t sell as much.Good luck and have fun with it!

You should check with your lawyer, but if you mix the accounts, those funds may be vulnerable if one of the companies has legal action brought against it. I would create a separate account to manage those funds, even if the second company is a subsidiary of the original company. You should also make sure your company is properly registered (ie- Incorporated, Sole Proprietor, etc.)

Business account for each business is the way to go. You sound as if you are trying to economise and skip accountants and lawyers fees. realise now that if that is the case, stop business plans straightway because you are bound to lose everything you put into it. At least, ask your bank manger/accountant for an opinion.Good ideas and new business have a bad habit of costing more money than you ever get back from them.

Yeah things can get really complicated when you go into business with a friend. Money can turn someone you ve known your whole life, your best friend... into an enemy and it s really tuff sometimes.But that s not to say that things can t go well and that it won t improve your life and help you reach your goals, I know and have worked with many people in business with there friends/family members and etc.Depending on the business I would talk to a lawyer and get some official documents written up in terms of ownership, profit sharing, and expenses. You can get a job, but it s very unlikely anyone would hire someone who s been convicted. You could always plead your case if you were lucky enough to get to an interview stage of a job but as most want detail on the application form you would generally be classed as untrustworthy. Harsh sadly as your obviously upset about what you ve done. Talk to your local job center and see what may be an option for you, there are jobs out there for loads more people who were not just being young and stupid.Good Luck.

I have notice that some of the other employees are stealing from work and using the business computer for their own personal use and the manger isn t doing anything about it and i have only been there four months so what should i do.

Chances are the manager does the same thing... It s hard to know what to do because you don t want to lose your job. They have to live with their conscience. Just set a good example for them, and they will respect you for doing the right thing, and hopefully in the end that will pay off for you!

If the manager knows and still doesn t do anything about it then it s out of your hands unless you go to a boss higher up than the manager. Stealing is wrong, but if the manager isn t concerned then why should you be? I don t think they d let it happen on their watch. If this is an issue where you think you could get blamed or everyone gets punished if the culprit doesn t come forward, then I d say something.

Why can t you tell your manager about it? No matter how long a worker as been at a single job, if they are breaking the rules and policies it should be a worthy thing to tell the manager about, if he doesn t notice it.
