Well for me the smooth away did not work. Some say it does, I guess it just depends on your skin type. It didn t work for me and left my skin irritated. I hope it works for you.

Smooth Away worked but I have really sensitive skin so it also didn t work. You might want to try to use it on just a small spot to see if it works for you. Everybody is different, but the ingredients that remove the hair is the same for all these products. It s just your sensitivity that will be important.

They do actually work, and the only reason I guess it s better than shaving is because it buffs your skin as well leaving it shiny even without cream or lotion. They will want at least 100% markup (so if retail is $10 they get it for $5 - remember they often have to sell at a discount or on sale) so you need to calculate the prices you need to make this worthwhile. Yes if they are owned by the same company, which I m pretty sure they are, they will all go bankrupt. Remember Chapter 11 bankruptcy doesn t mean they are out of business, just that they must restructure. Regardless of what happens, it is already obvious that bondholders are about to trade debt for equity, which will happen regardless.The problem I see, is YRC has a huge network which is losing revenue and volume at a much faster pace than the rest of the industry. Most of the non union carriers are still profitable, and have lost much less revenue. YRC is losing so much volume so fast, it is going to be very difficult for them to right size the company to a profitable level. Especially with the long term union contracts I m sure they have. At the current level of revenue, they would probably have to get rid of 30%-40% of the company to be profitable. As they continue to get negative exposure and lose market share, it is going to be tough to get that back. Even in good times freight companies make very slim profit margins. YRC has got some serious problems in the near future.

On the flip side, don t sell more than you can deliver as that is not good for the business either.If you are not good at an aspect of the business it is good to hire professionals who can help you. Accounting comes to mind but keep a very close eye on accounting. I had a friend who helped manage a pest control business and the accountant ripped them off and did not pay bills she was supposed to and send in tax statements. It was a mess when they took it back from her so beware. I am in the process of learning Quickbooks which is an accounting program for small business owners. If you can learn this it will help you watch the money flow.Another thing I tell people in general is to prepare your taxes manually at least once. Read all the fine print on what is tax deductible. People presume they can deduct a lot of stuff but there are rules about everything. People presume they can deduct all their medical expenses but they only become deductible after you have spent a certain amount (over 4% of your gross income). Good service is your best advertising--get referrals.

The best advice I can give is this. Don t micromanage every aspect of your business. Hire a bookeeper and CPA and other proffesionals to help you. The more time you spend handling the details of the business the less time you have to provide the service and bring in new business. Your plan is a recipe for burnout.
