They ve deducted it from my bank account balance on quickbooks and i m just curious as to if they could access my bank account and actually take the money out. thanks!

well yes they can but it cannot happen without you setting it up. log in to your bank account to see if there is a transaction there.

Generally no unless you are using thier bill pay system.Just entering your bank account information does not put this into effect. The check register on Quickbooks is supposed to mimic what is happening with your real life bank account. The theory is if you pay a bill, you enter it into quickbooks as well, then you always have a track record and can see your available balance.

Here s a suggestion for you to create a bank account without having a bank account. There are plenty of companies that offer prepaid debit cards, including Wal Mart and GreenDot. These companies offer direct deposit to the card and you can use the direct deposit information as your banking information as well as register the debit card itself as a funding source. I did that with GreenDot, WalMart, and a check cashing company in Florida called Amscot. I ve been using my Amscot debit card for about 2 years on Ebay without any problems.

As a buyer, Paypal will temporarily allow you to use them without a bank account. However, there is a lifetime spending limit of $2000. Once you reach that, you can t use the account unless and until you add a bank account.As a seller on eBay, you MUST either have a credit card or get verified. How do I stop needing to sign for packages? -

I live in an apartment complex and UPS and FEDEX both require you to be home and sign for all packages or else they will be taken to the office where you have to pick them up. Is there a way to contact UPS or FEDEX and tell them I do not want to sign for any packages and just to have them leave any packages at the my door from now on?I called the 1-800 UPS number and they said they can only do that on a per package basis, they cannot have an overall waiver for not needing a signature.

You have to arrange that with whoever is shipping packages to you, so they can indicate no signature required when making the shipment. Although, the sender may not want to do that if it is something of significant value because someone could steal the packages.Either that or have them sent to work where somebody can sign for them (that is what I do).

Their problem is that if your package gets lost you will be the first one to complain so they are protecting themselves against your possible claims.Perhaps you can send them a legalized disclaimer that clears them should anything happen to your packages, in that case I suspect as soon as the delivery man discovers this they will stop delivering them to you and just keep them!

Right now with the present economic situation I can only suggest two things-- Contact every architectural firm in the area and offer your team for projects they might have up and coming. Sell your team as what they are- the best, and willing to work for shelled peanuts (ie cheap)- The other suggestion is working on a book, cheap low income house planes that you can publish and sell in one of those catalog books of plans. You need to first have a vision. You said you wanted it to be old fashioned. So figure out what you want in the shop and what types of sweets you want there. If you are making them you obviously need to hire someone to make them and if you are buying them you just need to find a supplier. You need someone to be at the store doing sales (cashiering), it is helping to have an accountant (you should not have one on staff though, I just meet with my accountant once a week and go over the numbers they have been taught are important, he tells me what things we should be doing financially to be more successful), then you want someone to do your advertising. You need to let people know why your shop is different and awesome (why they should go there) and if you are not making sales you will fail, so the sales tasks are the most important in my mind). As far as getting a place, I would talk to a commercial real estate agent to help you find a place. Is it legal to sell information about? -

Is it legal to sell information that I have accumulated either from my own research or by paying a subscription price? Can I legally sell information about real wholesalers/drop shippers? I want to sell the info for cheaper that you can get at other places, and I just dont want to get in trouble.

I think the key is, are you changing the data at all or just copying it and re-selling it? If you are changing the data, adding your own analysis, and so forth you are just using the accumulated data for a basis. I think that is OK.If you are simply copying it using pretty much the same format, you are probably violating their copyright and would be subject to them issuing a restraining order or suing you.

Not sure about this but you probably need the permission of whoever or whatever you are getting the information from. If that s the case, then you probably need to pay them too, if they want it. If you re not careful about these kinds of things, you can get sued.

It depends on the specifics. If you are selling research that you learned from OTHER people s actual research, that is called plagiarism. Also, you cannot sell insider or trade information that it proprietary in nature.

there are many jobs that pay lousy but require above average education. Social worker comes to mind. Professional community center leaders. Childcare providers. (good ones have advanced degrees. I m talking moslty about Nannies.) Teachers (in some areas, not all of them.) Teachers at Comminity colleges, and many others. Imagine what the world would be lke if people were actually paid based importance of job. (I m kidding on this last part.)

You can only obtain legitimate work from home positions from brick and mortar companies. You want to send your resume out to companies hiring for positions you are qualified for, but include in your resume that you have a home office and you wish to work remotely. Include how you have your home office set up and what equipment you already have in order for you to perform your job. These jobs are just going to advertised as jobs, they would not promote them as work at home because they would hear from too many unqualified people
